外資系医療機器企業　FP&A Director or Seniorを募集しています。　高額年収！

職務：
1. Support and work closely with Finance VP, business/function teams and headquarters (HQ)
to develop strategic plans and operating plans as their primary contact.

2. Lead and manage the process of developing quarterly/monthly forecasts. This includes managing reporting tools/database (Hyperion Planning etc.) and analyzing variances and proposing actions required to meet the set objectives.
3. Initiate and implement changes necessary to improve performance measurement/metrics for
better decision-making at both corporate and business levels.
4. Identify areas requiring improvement and/or changes in any areas of the Company business
activities with focus on profitability, and create tasks/projects to address those areas with
appropriate priority and sense of urgency.
5. Continuously enhance functioning capabilities of the team and create a high-performance
team to support rapidly growing Company effectively.
6. Manage the team, including staff’s objectives, appraisals, workload/overtime and
development plans.
7. Contribute to SAP implementation individually and as a team, esp. from viewpoint of financial
analysis/reporting requirements.

「応募条件（必須条件と望ましいスキル」
必須条件：
1. JAPANGAAP/USGAAP knowledge (CPA/MBA preferred).
2. Business analysis experience (variance analysis vs. plan/forecast/prior year, trend analysis,
profitability analysis by product/reporting unit, benchmarking with competitors).
3. Analytical skills to find problems and opportunities from various angles of business activities
4. Ability to link the above-mentioned improvement opportunities to creating and leading
tasks/projects.
5. Interest in the business and willingness to interact with the business teams for challenging
questions and difficult requests yet maintaining good relationship and creating trust.
6. Hands-on system use – Excel Functions (Macro, VBA, Access, SAP experience preferred)
7. Fluent English
8. Experience in a product-sale-with-inventory business model, preferably in medical devices
or pharmaceutical. Understanding of/experience in service business (i.e., equipment
maintenance/repair services) preferred.
Experience to manage people of a small group up to 3-5 people.
